Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
The working hours are from 8am to 6pm and from Mondays to Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Creating and Managing Team Schedules
- Evaluating performance and providing feedbacks
- Resolve conflicts between employees,
- identifying and applying career advancement opportunities,
- monitor and report on department performance,
- motivating and supervising employees,
- supervise and train employees,
- handle customer and employee complaints, tracking budget expenses.
