Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently to maintain high standards in our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the food and beverage staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of food and beverage service areas.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
