Job Description:
- MS4A wants to engage a tax consultant to file the staff annual tax return in the seven states.
- The successful/selected consultant will carry out this exercise and produce relevant reports and tax certificates regarding the assignment.

Scope of Work:
By the foregoing requirements, the Scope/Terms of Reference are stated below:
- Completed Form H1 (Employer annual declaration and certificate) both in soft copy and hard copy
- Completed Form G (Employers remittance form) both in soft copy and hard copy
- Collections of various state receipts when applicable
- Any other completed form required by the respective state tax authority
- Evidence of filing of individual tax return
- Tax clearance certificate.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
