Requirements
- Proficiency in Working with Children: We value individuals who are skilled in engaging with young children and have a genuine passion for supporting their development.
- Experience with Special Needs Kids: It is important that candidates have prior experience working with children who have special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Leadership qualities:While experience is important, we are also open to training individuals who exhibit excellent leadership skills and has the potential to grow within our organization.
