We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead –ย Real estate

Location:ย Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee sales, leasing, and property management operations while driving business growth and ensuring excellent client service.
  • This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis to optimize sales performance and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
  • Oversee property listings and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents and sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement incentive programs.
  • Provide coaching and development plans to improve team effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • ย Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
  • Conduct property tours and negotiate deals to close transactions.
  • Address client concerns and ensure a seamless transaction process.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and investment opportunities based on data insights.
  • Keep the team updated on industry developments, legal changes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales, negotiations, and client management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools for real estate.
