We are looking for a Technology Analyst who will support our Sr. Technology Consultants and Project Managers in both technical and financial analysis for emerging technology companies and their R&D projects.

- You are driven, you can multitask, and you are confident preparing detailed analyses
- You love working with people and you have a mastery of written English as you will have to write reports and analyze R&D projects
What you get to do:
- Act as a vital member of our consulting team by working with our Sr. Technology Consultants to identify clients’ claimable research and development activities and expenses
- Analyzing, researching, documenting new, breakthrough technologies such as Mobile App Development, Blockchain, Game Development, Software as a Service, AI
- Analyze project data and financial information to determine eligible SR&ED expenditures
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports outlining eligible R&D work for SR&ED claims based on client-technical interviews and documentation provided.
- Collaborate with the Canada-based team to ensure accurate and compliant claim preparation.
- Review the financials of emerging and growing technology companies, identifying potential issues from basic analysis and communicating them to the team
Qualifications:
- University Degree or Technical Certificate in a technology-related discipline
- Very Strong English-Language verbal & written scientific/technical communication skills, with technical writing experience (e.g. internal wikis, technical/scientific journals, API/end user documentation, grant applications, RFPs)
- Comfortable working with MS Office including Excel Spreadsheets
- 1+ years work experience as a technical designer/developer/tester, technical project coordinator/manager, or sales engineer
- Experience with or knowledge of modern software development life cycles is an asset
