Job Description
- We are a business based in Ikeja currently looking to hire a result oriented Tele Sales Officer to join our team.
- You will be involved in marketing the products and services we offer.
- You will be experienced in both traditional & online sales/marketing techniques within the business services environment and be able to develop a client base within a short time frame.
Responsibilities
- Generate new Leads & Business deals
- You will be contacting potential customers to make appointments
- Create & utilize sales process to get new business
- Provide quotes and proposals to potential clients
- You will be required to develop Telephone Scripts as needed;
- Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets;
- You will be required to carry out other Telesales related activities
Requirements
- Understand the Tele Sales process.
- A Result Oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and develop & ability to achieve set goals.
- An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations.
- Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills.
- Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions.
- Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills.
- Team player open to sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
- Excellent command of English Language – Written and Spoken.
- Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills.
- Minimum qualification – HND.
- Minimum of 2 year’s professional experience.
Salary
N100,000 monthly + Commission On Sales.
