Job Summary
- We are recruiting for Tellers for our client a commercial bank, who will be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and accounts
- Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Promote the bank’s products and services to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in banking or customer service is an added advantage.
