We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location:ย Oke Arin, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Follow the journey plan developed by the Regional Sales Manager โ€“ and report daily.
  • Create and monitor Journey Plan for Merchandisers
  • Ensure the availability of products across all markets within the territory.
  • Liaise with Key Distributors within your territory daily.
  • Visit Key Distributors in your territory daily.
  • Visit and liaise with Sub-Distributors & Wholesalers in the territory.
  • Grow wholesalers to sub-distributors and grow sub-distributors to key distributors.
  • Ensure products are well displayed. Send daily pictures from the field.
  • Ensure stock depletion from Key Distributors to Sub-Distributors daily.
  • Ensure stock distribution across all the major markets in the territory.
  • Recruit new Sub-Distributors in smaller markets within the territory.
  • Set and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for Merchandisers.
  • Report accurate Key Distributor stock balances weekly to RSM.
  • Ensure the entire product range is represented across all distributorโ€™s outlets.
  • Ensure strong visibility in every market within the territory.
  • Training and supervision of Merchandisers.
  • Ensure distributor pricing is within the MSRP range. No under/over-pricing.
  • Accompany Merchandisers on their Journey Plan to ensure a job well done.
  • Constant communication with the Regional Sales Manager to stay on top of objectives.
  • Verify the Merchandiser’s daily activity.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 gross monthly.
