Job Title: Traffic Control Analyst

Summary
- To control traffic around the ports corridors and communicates activities happening inside the ports before trucks can be scheduled to proceed into the ports for proper decongestions and flow of traffic daily.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations are safely and efficiently conducted.
- Resolve all complaints or escalate as necessary.
- Upload all loading request management software system.
- Obtain traffic reports and advise on vehicular movements around trucks axis.
- Ensure proper electronic filing and records keeping for references.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and up-to-date report writings.
- Liaise with customer care for all enquiries, query resolutions for customer’s satisfaction.
- Truck scheduling in-and-out of parks, holding bays, and terminals.
- Inputs of trucks booking request into the systems for all to see for proper supervision.
- Ensures that the necessary handling requests for truck slots are confirmed & movements coordinated
- Monitor’s CCTV’S of holding bays and truck parks, and ports entrances connected to OCC
- Ensures proper completion & filing of all loading request for the safe and efficient operations control
- Monitors all truck movements from start to finish around the axis and communicate issues effectively.
- Report all standards of performance /compliance issues of drivers to the operations control centre
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
