Job Title: Travel Counselor

Job Description
- We require the service of a travel counselor in our Lagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of a place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.
Key Objectives
- Understanding clients travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible
- Outline all options regarding possible destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodation as well as discuss issue like safety and immunization with clients
- Meticulously capturing all clients information into the company’s database
- Booking flights, accommodation and arranging car rentals base on clients specifications
- Ensuring clients are provided with itinerary and schedules where require
- Answering all clients questions and addressing complaints as soon as possible
- Reporting to the head of travels
- Keeping all clients information strictly confidential
- Providing friendly services and building a professional relationship with clients
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from a recognised university)
- With a first-class or minimum 0f 2:1
- Age: 21-24yrs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Little experience in the travel industry with good geographical knowledge will be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong telephone and email etiquitte
- A personable matter and sharp attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a male applicant
- Must resides around ikeja or it environment
Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 monthly.
