Job Title: Verification Officer
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Verifying employment details of prospective candidates, including education, residential address and criminal records, for clients etc.
- Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verification
- Solving specific enquiries pertaining to background verification as and when requested
- Flagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisation
- Maintaining track of cases for future reference
- Collecting information and generating within the required time frame.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in background verification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a keen eye for noticing discrepancies.
