The successful applicant will edit a video for Babaonigba.com, a growing cultural website. Babaonigba creates videos for their various outlets on a daily basis.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect etc).
- Video Editing and Video Production skills.
- Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics.
- Proficiency in Graphics Editing.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of current video trends and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos
- Add transitions, effects, and sound to enhance storytelling
- Work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life
- Ensure all edits align with our style and messaging
