Job Title: Wealth Management Team Lead – Wealth Advisory
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Wealth Management
Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Team Lead to oversee a team of wealth managers and drive strategic client engagement and portfolio growth.
- This role is responsible for leading business development initiatives, structuring the team for optimal client service, and providing high-level financial advisory to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize high-volume deposits from a diverse customer base
- Lead and manage a team of wealth managers, ensuring strong individual and team performance
- Segment customers by investment profile and volume of investable assets for tailored service delivery
- Design and implement team structure based on customer segmentation to maximize impact
- Offer strategic financial advisory to help clients grow and manage their wealth
- Provide personal financial planning and investment advice
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
- A Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance monitoring skills
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and investment profiling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
