Responsibilities
- Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, CRM, desk, BOOKS, Analytics, and others as needed.
- Deployment of new functionalities such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields, and related fields.
- Design and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed.
- Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho Creator or other platforms.
- Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
- Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.
- Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
- Document detailed technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation for developed applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to development standards.
- Identify areas of improvement within the Zoho platform and suggest enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Zoho product releases and updates.
- Build and implement Zoho workflows, automations, and integrations with third-party systems to streamline business processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and fix any bugs or issues.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Zoho applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and enhancements working closely with the support team to resolve customer-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho platform updates, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account managers, Zoho implementation, Zoho Support and development teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 4 years of proven experience as a Zoho developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Zoho development tools, including Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk, etc.
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in building custom modules, reports, and dashboards within Zoho applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho integration tools and techniques, including APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with new technologies and trends in Zoho development.
- Zoho Developer certifications (such as Zoho Creator Certified Developer) are a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Salary
N400,000 per month.
