Job Overview
- Our client is looking to hire a Branch Manager who will over see the overall operations of their establishment, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
- Supervise and support department managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and enhance guest experiences.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and corporate offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage cost control and revenue generation.
- Understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to drive occupancy rates and service bookings.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry regulations and health/safety standards.
Salary
N450,000 Monthly.
