We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Support Officer (Male)
Location:Â Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Any previous experience in recruiting/hiring, and employee relations would be an added advantage
- Partner and provide day-to-day support and consultation in performance management, retention, and total rewards
- Drive sourcing, recruiting, selection and onboarding; verify that new associates are properly on-boarded and trained to perform their work
- Support managers in implementing HR processes, and procedures, and improving programs to promote retention
- Assist the corporate HR department in conducting associate investigations and identifying resolutions
Other Requirements:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in human resources
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
- Ability to build and maintain cooperative business partnerships
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
