Job Title: People and Culture Officer
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Blue collar workers
- Prepare monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management and documentation.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives and continuous development.
- Handle employee relations, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- A male is strongly preferred due to role requirement
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the mining or Engineering industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
